美磁磁粉芯
磁粉芯具有均匀分布式气隙,主要用于功率电感器的应用,特别是在开关模式电源(SMPS)的输出滤波器,也称为直流电感器。其他电源的应用包括差模电感器,升降压电感器,和回扫变压器。此类形最大的特点为高电阻率,低磁滞和低涡流损耗,以及在直流和交流条件下极佳的电感稳定性。此外,美磁的磁粉芯材料不使用有机粘结剂,所以不会有使用铁粉芯时出现的热老化现象。
美磁磁粉芯有铁硅铝 、 Kool Mu MAX 、 高频铁硅铝 、 Kool Mu Ultra 、 铁镍钼 、 铁镍 、 鉄硅 、 低损耗铁硅 、 锋磁通磁 、 75系列,不同材料特性对比如下。美磁的磁粉芯提供各种几何形状,包括环形,E形,U形,块状,圆角块状和新的EQ形状及LP形状磁芯。高磁通、Kool Mμ 和 XFlux的异形磁芯提供多种尺寸,与开气隙铁氧体、铁粉芯和硅钢片磁芯相比极具优势。
铁硅铝磁粉芯的组成包含有85%铁(Fe),9%硅(Si),和6%铝合金粉(Al),是一种低损耗和相对高饱和度(10,500高斯) 的材料,具有高储能,以及高温下性能稳定的优点,且接近零磁致伸缩,是消除在线噪音滤波器和电感器中的可听频率噪声的最佳选择。
